EVW 27 in Budapest, Hungary: One of The Greatest Armwrestling Events till date?

The release of so many high level matches in the same card has compelled the armwrestling fans to say that this is one of the greatest armwrestling events so far.

With the right arm super heavyweight and heavyweight title on the line along with the presence of “No Limits” Devon Larratt, the Russian killer Ibragim Sagov, Todd Hutchings and the middleweight champion of the world Alexander Telyatnik; the one who crushed the 10-0 undefeated streak of the Georgian champion Davit Samushia…this card has everything an armwrestling fan can wish for.

Right Arm Superheavyweight Title: Vitaly Laletin vs. Kamil Jablonski

For the right arm superheavyweight title the 6 foot 9 “Siberian Bear” Vitaly Laletin and the Polish “Golden Dragon” Kamil Jablonski would go head to head.

After Levan vacated the title the run to the top has begun, even though most of the elite Armwrestlers have Vitaly as a favorite but they know how much of a stylistic nightmare Kamil can be for someone with long levers and a toproll as his main move.

Right Arm Heavyweight Title: Dave “Easy Money” Chaffee vs. Michael “Monster” Todd

While on the other hand two veterans of the sport are about to battle it out for the right arm heavyweight title in Budapest. Dave Easy Money Chaffee faces Monster Michael Todd.

Todd’s king’s move would trouble any hand dominant puller who struggles to engage his shoulder effectively. Although his winning streak over Dave might have a mental impact over his performance at Budapest however Dave has recently shown a great display of endurance and versatility (with his flop press) which might be too much for the light heavyweight champion.

Devon Larratt vs. Ibragim Sagov

Devon has already declared that he would dominate the heavyweight and light heavyweight categories but the one he would face might end Devon’s dominance in the 115s.

Sagov’s press along with his flop makes him an ideal opponent to defeat the Canadian giant however Devon knows what his weaknesses are and he is actively working on them to overcome Sagov in Budapest.

Todd Hutchings vs. Alexander Telyatnik

If this wasn’t enough there is another legendary fight set for EVW 27 in Budapest where the side pressure king Todd Hutchings would face the manifestor Alexander Telyatnik.

Todd’s sidepressure is one of the strongest in the light heavyweight and middleweight divisions with only a few who can overcome it, conversely Telyatnik’s ability to eat his opponent’s pronator and go sideways is also one of the best and he displayed this in his fight with Davit Samushia, where he rolled the reigning welterweight champion 4-0 without breaking a sweat.

Alex “The Polish Viking” vs. Georgi “Grizzly” Tsvetkov

While it might seem like the card couldn’t be improved further, here comes the fight of one of the heaviest pullers on the planet; Alex “the Polish viking” vs Georgi “Grizzly” Tsvetkov.

These two have an unfinished business waiting to be settled in Budapest as in their previous encounter Georgi was badly injured and almost had his leg amputated.

Start time, How to Watch?

The event will start at 1:00 p.m. ET and the matches will stream on EVW Sports.
